return policy

Eligibility for returns

  • Candles may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Candles must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.


Non-returnable items

  • Personalized or customized candles.

  • Damaged candles due to misuse or neglect.


Return process

  • Contact customer service at info@palelepuse.com to initiate a return.

  • Include the reasons for the return and a convenient date for return shipment.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defect product, etc.)


Exchanges

Exchanges are not available. Please return the product and place a new order for the desired item.


Damaged or defected products

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact customer service within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos.

  • A replacement will be shipped, or a full refund will be issued including shipping costs.


International returns
Customers are responsible for international shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.
