Eligibility for returns

Candles may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

Candles must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
Non-returnable items

Personalized or customized candles.

Damaged candles due to misuse or neglect.
Return process

Include the reasons for the return and a convenient date for return shipment.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defect product, etc.)
Exchanges
Exchanges are not available. Please return the product and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or defected products

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact customer service within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos.

International returns
